There are so many emotions that come with having a baby, it truly is a life-changing experience! Whether you are a first-time parent, or an experienced mother, having additional support on your side for this season of life is essential.

My role as your doula is to help you to make your voice heard, and to make sure that whoever is there assisting you sees YOU, first and foremost. My role is to help you feel empowered and confident going into your birth. As a birth doula, I pride myself in providing you and your family with care, understanding, information and support throughout, during, and after the birthing process. 

Labor support is most beneficial when it is provided within the entire team. The mother, the partner, the nurse, the medical provider, and the doula all have their own unique roles to play in supporting the birth of a baby, and when everyone is able to work together with understanding, birth is nothing short of magical.  As your doula, I offer you the personalized support and information that you need to come away from your birth experience feeling confident and emboldened, regardless of the form the birth takes.
